Teletextile recently completed a video for the track "I Don't Know How to Act Here", which you can watch on Vimeo. The song is taken from their Reflector EP, released in June 2011 (stream it on Bandcamp). They recently released a full-length, Glass, through Beglian label Lili is Pi. Biffy Clyro Planning Double Album

Simon Neil recently told Q Magazine that Biffy Clyro will soon begin work on their sixth album. It will be a double album "about a fork in the road and how your decisions can take you on one path or the other". The working titles are Use Your Illusion III & IV (jokingly, of course). [www.nme.com]

I Am Gemini from Cursive in February

Saddle Creek will release the seventh album from Cursive, I Am Gemini, on February 21st. As reported, the band worked with producer Matt Bayles. Thematically, the album "is the surreal and powerful musical tale of Cassius and Pollock, twin brothers separated at birth". We Are Works in Progress Compilation

We Are Works in Progress "is a 14-song benefit album to support Japan and it's ongoing efforts to heal post-tsunami". The album was curated by Blonde Redhead and will be released digitally on January 10th. Disco Naivete has "No Face", the contribution from Karin Dreijer Andersson (Fever Ray, The Knife). Ben Weinman Details Giraffe Tongue Orchestra

Ben Weinman of The Dillinger Escape Plan was recently interviewed on WFMU's Diane's Kamikaze Fun Machine. He talked about the aforementioned supergroup he formed with members of Mastodon, The Mars Volta and Jane's Addiction. The group is called Giraffe Tongue Orchestra. As well, drummer Thomas Pridgen has been replaced by Jon Theodore. Weinman stated they have "half a record done". [wfmu.org]
