The Light Footwork--Good for the Summer

Reported by david

The Light Footwork quietly released One State Two State independently last year, featuring members of Beulah as guest musicians. The record's pleasant array of feel-good indie pop just helped the group reach #69 on CMJ's Radio 200 chart--the only unsigned act in the top 100. Anyway, the band won't be touring near you quite yet but should have some shows by fall. We'll keep you posted, and in the meantime, grab a couple tracks on their Purevolume page.
