NERD discovers things really do die

While I'm not sure how this is even possible it is rumored that NERD have broken up. The Neptunes production team is still going strong but the band have disbanded due to conflicts with their label Virgin Records. If I were a betting man I'd say expect to hear more new music from Pharrel, Chad Hugo, and Shay under a different moniker.

He Bangs a Drum

Ex-Stone Roses frontman and solo artist Ian Brown was arrested in San Francisco the other night following a brawl onstage with a fan that stopped the show for 15 minutes. According to eyewitnesses, a fan jumped onstage and tackled Brown causing his bandmates to join in defense of their frontman. At press time, no charges had been filed.

Oasis bring along bands to make you see them

Oasis are coming back with a new album on May 16th entitled Don't Believe The Truth and will actually play some shows in North America. The kicker is that they are bringing along Jet and Kasabian as their opening acts.. so maybe you'll actually head out to see them. They've announced the tracklisting for their new disc as well...
