ATP America Announces Full Lineup for I'll Be Your Mirror

ATP America just announced its full lineup last week for "I'll Be Your Mirror," despite three-day passes already selling out. The festival will feature curators Portishead, Jeff Mangum, Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, Mogwai, Shellac, The Horrors, Thee Silver Mount Zion Orchestra and Chavez, among others. Soundgarden Plan New Album for 2011

According to the band's website and an interview with Rolling Stone, Soundgarden have plans to make a new record in 2011. The band stated that they "have some cool new songs that we are going to record very soon." U2 Working with Danger Mouse

According to Billboard and The Edge, U2 are currently working with Danger Mouse on demos for a new album. Bono mentioned that the new record will be shorter than No Line On The Horizon and Adam Clayton figured the band have "many more albums" in the tank. [www.billboard.biz]

Harvard on The Road to SXSW

The Only She Chapters from Prefuse 73

Prefuse 73 will return on April 26th with The Only She Chapters through Warp Records. The album is "a body of music closer in spirit to esteemed modern compositional pieces," rather than the "beats and loops" of past Prefuse albums. Primus Nearly Done with New Album

According to letter from Les Claypool, Primus is "nearly done" with a new record. "Every song basically sounds exactly the same as" a new song, "Last Salmon Man," performed on New Year's (or "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult).
