Puscifer (Maynard James Keenan) will release Sound Into Blood Into Wine on September 7th. The 12-song collection accompanies the film Blood Into Wine, a documentary focusing on "Keenan and vineyard partner Eric Glomski's struggle to create a high-quality wine region in the harsh terrain of Northern Arizona." The Thermals Set to Release Personal Life, Tour

The Thermals new album, Personal Life, will be released on September 7th via Kill Rock Stars. The band have lined up two months worth of tour dates in support, beginning September 6th at Bumbershoot in Seattle, WA. As reported, the album was produced by Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie). John Frusciante Joins, Quits Swahili Blonde

John Frusciante was apparently, at one time a member of experimental punk-funk outfit Swahili Blonde. He played on every track of the band's new album, Man Meat, which is officially released as of today. Unfortunately, he's since quit the band and doing who knows what.
