Alkaline Trio will release a b-sides and rarities compilation next Tuesday entitled Remains. The disc's 22 tracks are pulled from all sorts of locales in the band's tenure with Vagrant Records, from 7" singles to compilation exclusives to material from splits. More info here and cheesy sorta gruesome e-card here.
Pagoda will release its eponymous debut on February 27th through the Ecstatic Peace label (you know, the one we feel compelled to you remind you is owned by Thurston Moore). The band will kick off the disc's release with a show at The Cake Shop in New York City, so head over to hang out with 'em and grab some hot chocolate for me while you're at it. You can also grab "Lesson Learned" in the Downloads.

Better known for his collaborations with the Beastie Boys, Beck and Blues Explosion, Money Mark will release his new solo album, Brand New By Tomorrow, on February 27th. The "break-up album made to be cherished" will be released by Jack Johnson's Brushfire Records. Listen to "Everyday I Die a Little" and "Pick Up the Pieces" over on moneymark.com.

Chapel Hill's The Never will be touring for a couple months to support their latest release Antarctica (Trekky Records). Check the dates for sure if you're on the East Coast, as they'll be hitting quite a lot of those places.
Typically Coachella manages to pull out a rather wicked schedule of bands with a few surprises thrown in to get the stragglers on board. 2007 is no different. Bjork and Red Hot Chili Peppers headline on Friday and Saturday (respectively) with a reunited Rage Against The Machine topping things out on Sunday evening. The list of additional artists goes on for days but AIR, Arcade Fire and Interpol are some fairly notable mentions. Check the full lineup here.
The Ligion debut External Affairs is slated for a March 20th release through Maple Jam/Bellum Records. You can grab the track "On the Way" in the Downloads.
