Brooklyn's VietNam will release their self-titled Kemado debut on January 23rd. The album was produced by "Farmer Dave" Scher and features appearances from Jenny Lewis and Paz Lenchantin (Zwan, A Perfect Circle). Stream the full album via Kemado or snag "Welcome to My Room" in the Downloads.
In celebration of their recently re-released Sebadoh III album Lou Barlow and crew will be taking Sebadoh on the road. There's even talks of a brand new Sebadoh album sometime in 2007.
While there are only 10 dates remaining on the tour it should be on everyone's calendar to go catch The Dears with Annuals while they are out in support of Gang of Losers and Be He Me respectively.

The Silent Uproar staff will be taking a break from the music world until January 2nd, 2007. Look Mexico have announced a string of East Coast tour dates over the coming weeks; the initial stops on the tour are with fellow Floridians Fake Problems. Look Mexico expect to see the release of a debut LP through Lujo Records in 2007.
Anticon's Dosh will be self-releasing a limited edition EP on Janurary 30th (available digitally in the near future). The 8-track disc includes four tracks recorded live at The Triple Rock in Minneapolis, and another set of four songs dedicated to the artist's late cat Henderson. Some tour dates have also been announced.
