We told you about the forming of the collaborative project Head Wound City (featuring Nick Zinner - Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Justin Pearson and Gabe Serbian - The Locust, Cody Votolato and Jordan Blilie - Blood Brothers) and now we can tell you that their release their debut EP on November 8th via Three One G. Burt Bacharach that will blow your mind

Typically I doubt we'd ever report on Burt Bacharach but given that his new album, At This Time, features some fairly wild collaborations we couldn't pass it up. Expect to hear the likes of Rufus Wainwright crooning on one track and none other than Dr. Dre supplying some beats and loops on several other tracks.

The Return of the Darkness

The Darkness will return with their second album, One Way Ticket To Hell...And Back, released through Atlantic Records on November 29th. The band will also premiere the first track from the album, "One Way Ticket," starting tomorrow (Tuesday) at their MySpace site. Don't sleep.
