Against Me! Plot Headlining Tour for Total Clarity, Record New EP

Against Me! have announced a North American headlining tour, to kick off after appearances at the Sasquatch and Bomb festivals. Screaming Females and Lemuria will support. The tour will promote the release of Total Clarity, "a collection of demos and unreleased songs" recorded in preparation for Searching For A Former Clarity, on May 24th through Fat Wreck Chords. As if that wasn't enough, bassist Andrew Seward told Rewrite The Scene that the group have already recorded a new EP of material. [www.fatwreck.com]

Moby Announces Destroyed Album, Giving Away Be The One EP

Moby will release a new album and book of photos, both titled Destroyed, in the middle of May. The record is described as "broken down melodic electronic music for empty cities at 2 a.m." In the meantime, he's giving away three album tracks as the Be The One EP for free, in exchange for your email address. The Vaccines to Release Debut, Tour with Arctic Monkeys

London's The Vaccines will embark on their first North American tour this summer supporting Arctic Monkeys. The rock revivalist group will release their debut album, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines, in the US on May 31st (though, their self-titled EP is currently available). Buke and Gass, tUnE-YarDs Spring Tour

Buke and Gass will hit the road with tUnE-YarDs on April 26th in San Francisco, CA and go until late May. The duo released their sophomore effort, Riposte, in September last year through Brassland. New Mute Math Album Due in September

According to the band, Mute Math have completed their third full-length and it "should be out by September." Guitarist Greg Hill left the band in October 2010 and the band spent the next six months recording, holed up in Paul Meany's New Orleans home. [mutemath.com]

Gorillaz to Release The Fall for Everyone Else

Gorillaz will release The Fall on April 19th as a CD and digital download (and limited-edition 180g vinyl on Record Store Day). The iPad-recorded album was released to fan club members on Christmas last year. In a statement from the band, 2D (Damon Albarn) claimed The Fall as being "just [him] and an iPad really mucking about." [gorillaz.com]
