Word has come that Alanis Morissette & Natalie Merchant will both be releasing new VH1 Storytellers DVDs on April 26th. Alanis’s performance was recorded at New York’s Roxy in 1999, while Natalie filmed hers in 1998 at the Manhattan Center in New York City. Check out some video clips over in the downloads.

No Use For A Name are performing as the house band on Carson Daly the week of May 5th when they move the show for one week from NY to the Palladium in Hollywood. The band's new record Keep Them Confused comes out June 14th and they'll be head-lining the Warped Tour this year before going out on their own tour in the fall.
Us3, the brainchild of London-based Geoff Wilkinson, is gearing up to release its first US album in 7 years, entitled Questions. The album is scheduled for an April 26th release via Megaforce/Ryko and you can check out some video footage here.

With a slew of solo projects released in the past 3 years it's hard to complain about a lack of output from the members of Broken Social Scene but there really hasn't been a proper album since the release of You Forgot It In People. BSS collaborator Jason Collett recently revealed that the band plans to release three albums in succession starting in the fall (with the second release possibly in the winter). No specifics yet except that we can expect over 100 hours of music from the group.

Cave In are preparing a new release to hit the streets in August. Perfect Pitch Black will feature 8 tracks recorded between 2003 and 2004 along with some "embellishments from [their] sonic spice rack" recorded this past March.
