Gorilaz D-Sides Release Gets Pushed

D-Sides, the forthcoming Demons Days b-sides album from Gorillaz, has been pushed back for release on November 20th. A special edition will be available in a dual box and will include two exclusive Jamie Hewlett prints, a collection of badges, stickers and a “Choose Pazuzu” patch (whatever the hell that is).

Year Zero Gets Remixed and Renamed

Nine Inch Nails has announced the release of Y34RZ3R0R3M1X3D on November 20th. The very l33t titled records is a remix album featuring the likes of Stephen Morris, The Faint, Interpol's Sam Fogarino, Kronos Quartet and Saul Williams. The CD package for also includes a DVD-ROM containing every track from Year Zero in multi-track format.

We Still Admire Our Love For Interpol

Interpol will release a limited edition of their latest album, Our Love to Admire, on November 19th. The album features a live DVD EP with songs taken from, Our Love to Admire as well as the previous album, Antics. The tracks were recorded at a show at the London Astoria earlier this year.

You already know that Annuals are on tour, but what you may not know is that the band released a digital-only EP entitled Frelen Mas (Be He Me B-Sides), yesterday. The EP contains b-sides from the Be He Me sessions as well as their cover of “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot.”

Ida Announce New Album

New York City's Ida will release Love Prayers on January 29th via Polyvinyl Records. The album was recorded in Levon Helm's (of The Band) studio and was produced by Warn Defever (of His Name Is Alive), and Mekons violinist Jean Cook has been added to Ida's ranks. The group will do a few dates in their home state in mid-November, with more to follow, I'm sure.

Incubus Look Alive on DVD

Incubus will release the DVD Look Alive on November 27th. The 2-hour feature was directed by Christian Lamb and features 2007 concert footage, rehearsals and original musical interludes by Mike Einziger.

Vampire Weekend set date

We now have confirmation on earlier reports that the forthcoming debut from Vampire Weekend will be released on January 29th, 2008 through XL. Europeans will have to wait until March 3rd, but based on everything we've heard, it will be worth it.

Nirvana Unplugged on DVD

MTV Unplugged In New York from Nirvana will finally see a DVD release on November 20th. "Something In The Way" and "Oh Me" are included in the performance, as well as behind-the-scenes, pre-show rehearsal and interview footage.

Lord Don't Slow Me Down on DVD

Oasis will release Lord Don't Slow Me Down, a feature-length documentary, on November 9th. The DVD will come backed with an additional disc of the group's homecoming show at City of Manchester Stadium from July 2nd, 2005.
