Today, Rhino released Immagine in Cornice, a Pearl Jam DVD compiled from five Italian concerts and backstage footage captured in 2006. The film was shot by director Danny Clinch and using formats from Super-8 to HD. Check out the trailer on YouTube.

Nick Drake Fruit Tree Box Set Reissue

The Nick Drake estate and UME/Fontana have set November 6th as the reissue date for Fruit Tree, a box set of Drake's three albums. A limited run will include a 108-page book of song analysis and a DVD of the biographical film, A Skin Too Few. Doesn't look as if the new set includes Time of No Reply though.

Oak and Julian EP from Midlake

Early this month, Midlake released Oak and Julian, a digital EP of rarities featuring acoustic takes of tracks from The Trails Of Van Occupanter and two b-sides not released in North America. Presently, Midlake are more than halfway through their current headlining tour.

Move Over Copperfield, Springsteen Is Magic

Bruce Springsteen will release Magic, his first album with the E Street band in five years, on October 2nd. Magic also marks The Boss' third album with producer Brendan O'Brien. As expected, a worldwide tour will begin on the day of release.
