As you know, Challengers from The New Pornographers will hit stores on August 21st though Matador. The group have now announced a tour in support of the album, beginning September 13th.
The Weakerthans will launch a US trek on September 25th in Minneapolis, the same day that their new album, Reunion Tour hits stores. Dates below:
According to Filter, The Coral will release their latest album Roots and Echoes in the US on August 7th as a digital-only release. The band will also hit the road for a month-long US tour supporting the Arctic Monkeys.
In October, Justice is bringing the French dance scene to the US and supporting their new album, †, at the same time.

Kurt Cobain About A Son, the "moving portrait" of the Nirvana frontman, will see a US release the AFI Film Festival in November. Barsuk will release the soundtrack of the same name on September 11th. The CD does not contain music from Nirvana, but audio excerpts from the film (pulled from taped interviews for Come As You Are: The Story of Nirvana).
