Maritime are currently lining up some June dates in continuing support of We, The Vehicles. They will also be recording four songs for Daytrotter (to be featured on said site June 4th) which is built on a very cool premise. Currently, the band is recording a track for a Snailhouse tribute CD.
Google has made the new Pearl Jam video for "Life Wasted" available on Google Video as a free download under a Creative Commons. If you'd like to keep a copy on your hard drive, you can grab it until this Wednesday. Don't forget the Aunt Pearl's boys are also out on tour.
Philadelphia's The Roots will release Game Theory on August 29th through Def Jam. You can currently hear the first single "Don't Feel Right" over on Giant Step. You can also grab a demo version of "Please Don't Go" over at their official website.
The forthcoming release from Tilly and the Wall, Bottoms of Barrels, is still slated for a May 23rd release on Team Love but now we've got some further details for you. Check out the tracklisting and a rather hefty tour schedule below and snag an mp3 of "Bad Education."

Has it been mentioned that We Are Scientists are still out on the road in support of their wonderful debut With Love and Squalor? It's a damn shame if it hasn't been because not only is their album a joy to listen to, they are quite fun to see live. Add to that fact that they'll be touring with Matador Records The Double and you've got yourself a perfect formula for a good time.
The upcoming Secretly Canadian full-length debut from Catfish Haven has been dubbed Tell Me and will be out this Fall (we heard 9/12, but you never know this far out). In the meantime, they are getting prepared for a June tour with Stephen McBean's Pink Mountaintops crew.

Foo Fighters will be doing a small acoustic tour focusing on songs off their second disc of In Your Honor. However, in traditional Foo Fighters fashion the band is making sure it's no snooze-fest and will be bringing along four additional musicians to flesh out the sound. Violinist Petra Haden, keyboardist Rami Jaffee, percussionist Drew Hester and guitarist Pat Smear will temporarily join the band for the outings.

A couple years ago Bjork released a series of box sets covering her live performances, her singles, and more. Now she's gearing up to release Surrounded on June 27th - another box set comprised of DualDisc versions of all her previously released albums - Debut, Post, Homogenic, Medulla, Vespertine, Selma Songs, and the soundtrack to Drawing Restraint 9 - with the CD side featuring the regular audio, the DVD side featuring 5.1 remastered surround sound versions and the videos from that particular album. So if you've always meant to buy those Bjork albums but just never had the time, here is your chance.
