Two of today's biggest indie-to-mainstream crossover acts, Death Cab for Cutie and Franz Ferdinand, are pairing up for what's probably going to be a pretty huge tour. Check the dates...

The sophmore album from Pearls & Brass, The Indian Tower, has now hit stores and brought with it some solid rock n' roll (thanks to Drag City). Snag "The Face Of God" from said album over in the Downloads. The band is also on tour throughout February and into March.

If you're interested in previewing the new Belle and Sebastian album, The Life Pursuit, head on over to Radio Indie Pop and check the album of the month. It's 'streaming' but at least you'll have a good idea of what you'll be hearing when they go on tour with The New Pornographers.

Seems like far-less is treating their fans to constant new free previews from their upcoming album, Everyone Is Out To Get Us (Feb 7th). Head over to their PureVolume page to check out "Too Pretty (To Be A Zombie)."

We told you to expect great things from this years Bonnaroo and it looks like we were right. Radiohead, Tom Petty, Elvis Costello and Beck are the big hard hitting names this year and you will be overwhelmed with the rest of the list including the likes of Stephen Malkmus, Cat Power, Mike Doughty, The Magic Numbers, Andrew Bird, Matisyahu and so many many more.

If you didn't get a chance to catch the reunited Dinosaur Jr. last year, here's your second chance. Somehow, Lou Barlow and J. Mascis are getting along well enough to make it out for another round. Be warned, those tickets won't last long.

One of last year's favorite newcomers, Wolf Parade, will be doing a short tour this spring. Yeah, I realize it's a long while off, but I'm betting these tickets will fly pretty fast. Holy Fuck will be opening the shows.

The Capes will tour the US for the second time starting in about a week, supporting their latest release Hello, out on Hard Soul Records. There aren't as many dates as we could hope for, but here's what we've got:

Although the official site has yet to be updated, we have gotten a hold of a press release from Coachella, confirming that the latest lists of artists floating around for this years Coachella festival are accurate. That means that Tool and Depeche Mode will be the two big main headlining acts (not what we originally heard) and they will be joined by Franz Ferdinand, Sigur Ros, My Morning Jacket, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Bloc Party, and a whole bunch of others. It is still scheduled to be released March 7th through ANTI but it's officially entitled Fox Confessor Brings the Flood and not whatever we said it was going to be before. Touring machine Ted Leo & the Pharmacists has a three week long stint coming up, with pals The Duke Spirit and Les Aus. In related news, Mr. Leo himself has asked for tablature submissions of his songs to be sent to him for an upcoming archive, thwarting (slightly) the music industry's attempts to shut lyrics and tabs sites down.

If you thought Rob Zombie had given up music in exchange for making strangely disturbing (yet light-hearted) horror movies, think again! He will release Educated Horses on March 28th via Geffen and then hit the road for a 27-date tour. Expect to see plenty of people dressed up like Captain Spaulding.

Indie-pop freaks The Starlight Mints have a title for their upcoming third record now. It's called Drowaton, and is due in stores on April 25. Here's the tracklisting for the band's Barsuk Records debut...

The Liars will be hitting the road in support of Drums Not Dead, the forthcoming album and DVD package we told you about. Look for that on March 21st in stores.

DFA will release The DFA Remixes - Chapter One in early April featuring remixes the production duo has performed for the likes of Soulwax, Chemical Brothers, Radio 4, Le Tigre and many more. Expect to see Chapter Two sometime in the late summer.

The upcoming release from The Concretes, In Colour, will be released on March 28th via Astralwerks.
