Production team extraordinaire DFA will be releasing Holiday Mix on November 22nd as an exclusive download-only release (though we do hear mixed reports about a CD version). Regardless, it's a limited time offer, so be sure to get it when you can.
Ticonderoga saw fit to release The Helig Levine LP this October and have now decided to tour the country in support of it. So, go see them with Dropsonic or The Physics of Meaning and be sure to check their site for music samples and such.

Possibly taking a page from Bloc Party's latest antics, Beck will issue a remixed version of his latest release Guero entitled Guerolito. The album hits shelves December 6th and will feature the likes of Boards of Canada and Ad Rock (you know, from The Beastie Boys). More details as they surface.

The Killers have decided that Hot Fuss needs to be available on vinyl, 7" vinyl! Yea! Singles for every track with a proper b-side coupled with each track. Why not? So on November 22nd, look for the 7" singles version of Hot Fuss where you can get eleven 7" vinyl singles all packaged together.
MF Doom has already said that he wants to release a follow-up to his Dangerdoom album as soon as he can get around to it. Although next time around he reportedly wants to rap in character, as opposed to having songs about the characters. When will it be released? Just a quick correction to a previous post regarding the forthcoming live Mars Volta disc, Scab Dates. We were told it was a DVD but from the looks of things, it's an audio CD. The tracklisting and release date remain the same.

In case their debut Silent Alarm, the pleathora of singles, or the remixed version of the album (Silent Alarm Remixed natche) wasn't enough Bloc Party for you then you can mark your calendars for January 17th when the new DVD, God Bless Bloc Party, is released. No official confirmation on this but we'll assume it will have their music videos and some live concert footage. Just in case you forgot about that last time we told you about Spoon tour dates, we're reminding you now that it's about to happen. And if they aren't coming to your town - just tune in to PBS on November 5th for their Austin City Limits session and November 6th to that Carson Daly show to catch the band most likely play "Sister Jack." Oh, and download their entire back catalog from a legal online retailer starting October 25th (including a brand new song "My First Time, Volume 3").
