It's been out in jolly ole England for awhile but the new Supergrass album, Road to Rouen, will see a US release on September 27th. The details are the same as the import, it just comes with an affordable pricetag.

Weezer wrapping it up?

It's probably just pure conjecture but according to this MTV article it's a high possibility that Weezer may be calling it a day after finishing support for their latest album Make Believe. Apparently a quote from Shakespeare's "The Tempest" that is included in the liner notes is the big clue to the band deciding to stop phoning it in.

Dirty Three burn down to Cinder

Touch and Go will release Cinder, the new album from The Dirty Three on October 11th. The seventh record for the band will feature vocals from the likes of Chan Marshall and Sally Timms. And, surprisingly, the band will be playing a few dates here in the States.
