Super Extra Gravity

Reported by heyrevolver

It's kind of bittersweet news, but The Cardigans will release their new album, Super Extra Gravity, in the UK and Europe on October 17th. Hopefully, it won't go the way of Long Gone Before Daylight and take a full year to reach US soil. We'll see, I guess. The album will be preceded by the first single, "I Need Some Fine Wine and You, You Need to Be Nicer." So, even if you can't buy the actual CD in a US record store, you know it's going to be out there soon enough.

While I can't claim to have been a true fan, there are a few Primus songs that really hit the spot. So it could be good news that Les Claypool, guitarist Larry LaLonde and drummer 'Herb' Alexander are back in the studio working on a new disc.
